Michael has been working in HVAC trade for over 25 years providing top-notch excellent service to the community. He works right along with his employees, day in and day out. It is important to Michael to make sure our company provides the best possible service whether it is in the installation or service side of the industry. He and his wife, Jenny, as owners, are dedicated to provide the best quality work and affordable services to everyone so no one has to go without heating or cooling with integrity and honesty. It is also important to them to provide an excellent family-type work environment for their employees. Jenny has been in the HVAC trade for over 25 years with extensive experience in dispatching, customer service, payroll, and bookkeeping. She is also works right along with our employees to ensure our company can provide the best possible customer service to everyone that calls into our office for help as well as making sure the employees have the best possible work environment. Jenny is also our CFO and does all the bookkeeping for the company and Michael is our CEO and runs all the day to day operations.

COMFORT ADVISOR
Rob has several years experience as a sales professional in the HVAC trade. He has really has been a blessing to our team. He is very thorough, professional and fun. He is very easy to talk to and know that you will feel confident in his abilities as our comfort advisor and will always have your best interest at heart. His approach is no pressure and knowledgeable, he would never try to make you feel like he is trying to sell you something you don’t need. We are excited to have him come to your home to help you with your current and future HVAC needs whether it be new equipment, gas piping or just adding a duct run. We cannot say enough good things about him and you will not be disappointed.
JESSICA MURPHYSWEET
CSR/Service & Install Coordinator
Jessica is Michael and Jenny’s daughter as well as a valuable team member. Jessica schedules and handles all service visits as well as all installation dates. Jessica has been part of the “team” since she was a little girl and we are happy to have her on board as an adult in a full time position. She is a great employee, gets along with all the other employees, is always willing to help where needed and is always continuing to add to her knowledge base to help all clients that call in. Jessica has many new welcomed ideas; ways of streamlining work, and great ways to improve our customer service, all while uplifting and encouraging our other team members. She is enrolled in the HVAC apprenticeship program to learn codes, installation procedures and general knowledge of the HVAC trade. We sure love to see her blossom and look forward to her growth in the company for many years to come.
Aubrey Jaynes-Stockham
CSR/Maintenance Dispatcher
Aubrey has proven she is willing to take on any task given to her with a smile in her voice and a caring ear for our clients. She is our maintenance dispatcher and schedules all our clients for their routine maintenance. She works closely with Jessica to make sure all our clients are taken care of in a timely manner. We are thrilled to have her aboard and look forward to many years with her.

Our service department has the knowledge and experience to provide excellent service to all of our clients. You can feel good having them in your home knowing they have integrity and honesty as well as the knowledge to make accurate repairs and provide you with the peace of mind that the job was done right the first time. We are confident that you will love them!
INSTALLATION TEAM
Our installers are professional, polite and courteous to all of our clients. They have the knowledge, experience and desire to do a great job to represent our company as well as be proud of themselves. The installers are trained in giving you what you want during your installation, a job well done and they also clean up after themselves!
HIRING
We are very proud of all of our employees and we take a lot of pride in hiring the most knowledgeable in the trade as well as giving new employees the opportunity to learn and work in the trade with tuition assistance for approved courses. We do drug test as well as perform background checks so that we can employ top-notch, quality service and installation technicians that you can trust. We value all of our employees and think of them as our own extended family.
