MICHAEL & JENNY MURPHYSWEET
OWNERS

Michael has been working in HVAC trade for over 25 years providing top-notch excellent service to the community. He works right along with his employees, day in and day out. It is important to Michael to make sure our company provides the best possible service whether it is in the installation or service side of the industry. He and his wife, Jenny, as owners, are dedicated to provide the best quality work and affordable services to everyone so no one has to go without heating or cooling with integrity and honesty. It is also important to them to provide an excellent family-type work environment for their employees. Jenny has been in the HVAC trade for over 25 years with extensive experience in dispatching, customer service, payroll, and bookkeeping. She is also works right along with our employees to ensure our company can provide the best possible customer service to everyone that calls into our office for help as well as making sure the employees have the best possible work environment. Jenny is also our CFO and does all the bookkeeping for the company and Michael is our CEO and runs all the day to day operations.

ROB TRUELSEN
OPERATIONS MANAGER & COMFORT ADVISOR

Rob has several years experience as a sales professional in the HVAC trade. He has really has been a blessing to our team. Rob has a large and extensive background in management which made it easy for us to want him as our operations manager to lead our teams. He is very thorough, professional and fun. He is very easy to talk to and know that you will feel confident in his abilities as our comfort advisor as well as day to day operations. His approach is no pressure and knowledgeable. We are excited to have him come to your home to help you with your current and future HVAC needs whether it be new equipment, gas piping or just adding a duct run. We cannot say enough good things about him and you will not be disappointed.

JESSICA MURPHYSWEET
CSR/HEAD SERVICE DISPATCH

Jessica is Michael and Jenny’s daughter as well as a valuable team member. Jessica is the service dispatcher and she is scheduling all the service technicians out in the field. Jessica has been part of “the team” since she was a little girl and we are happy to have her on board in a full time position. She is a valued employee and really cares about our clients as well our team members. Jessica has a great personality, sense of humor and is really good on the phone. Jessica is going to help with sharing duties with our new maintenance dispatch position. Jessica has many new welcomed ideas and is always thinking of new and great ways to improve our customer service and to uplift and encourage our team members. We hope to have her here for many years to come and really look forward to her growth in the company.

KAYLA BURLINGAME
CSR/MAINTENANCE DISPATCH

Kayla is new to Boise from Sacramento, CA area. We are happy to welcome her into the HVAC trade. She has previous dispatch experience and seems to do well with accommodating our clients and helping our service technicians working closely with Jessica. Jessica and Kayla make a great team and work very well together. Kayla is great on the phone and is always willing to help in any way she can. Kayla will be in charge of scheduling all of our maintenance clients for spring and fall memberships as well as routine maintenance requests. Kayla will also be helping our sales team in organizing paperwork for retrofit installations. We are excited to see Kayla grow with the company and are happy to have to as part of our team.

JANET MOONEY
FILE CLERK

Janet has been a long time, valued employee and is Jenny’s mom. Janet has been with us since day one. She in charge of making sure all of our records get filed away correctly so we can maintain previous calls and installations. Janet makes sure all the new installations get registered and helps with job costing. Janet works part time to keep herself busy while she has extra time during retirement (at least until the garden gets planted). She helps fill in where needed and we are grateful to have her with us.

SERVICE TEAM

Our service department has the knowledge and experience to provide excellent service to all of our clients. You can feel good having them in your home knowing they have integrity and honesty as well as the knowledge to make accurate repairs and provide you with the peace of mind that the job was done right the first time. We are confident that you will love them!

INSTALLATION TEAM

Our installers are professional, polite and courteous to all of our clients. They have the knowledge, experience and desire to do a great job to represent our company as well as be proud of themselves. The installers are trained in giving you what you want during your installation, a job well done and they also clean up after themselves!

HIRING

We are very proud of all of our employees and we take a lot of pride in hiring the most knowledgeable in the trade as well as giving new employees the opportunity to learn and work in the trade with tuition assistance for approved courses. We do drug test as well as perform background checks so that we can employ top-notch, quality service and installation technicians that you can trust. We value all of our employees and think of them as our own extended family.
